Qualifications and Detail about the Position Location Information: Regional Office - Deer Park Location of Job: US:TX:Deer Park Work Type: Full Time Broad Function The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of the supplier set up process, catalog management process and assisting buyers as needed with creating requisitions as required. The Procurement Coordinator will work with internal users to assure compliance and satisfaction and assist in managing all tactical procurement activities, external (Vendors) and internal (brock) communications to stakeholders, including issue management, Service Levels, KPIs, etc. Essential Functions Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business Supplier Set up Process: • All procurement activities related to supplier setup across all Brock business units, regions & locations, both domestic and international • Manage and continuously improve standardized supplier set up processes across Brock Catalog Management: • Manage existing and create new catalogs as required • Maintain pricing and changes per Contract renewals Other responsibilities: • Managing requisitions and approvals • Getting supplier quotes • Coupa testing for new processes or new releases are released by Coupa • Interact effectively with internal and external customers beginning with the requisition phase and ending with the verified goods receipt • Process Purchase Orders based on operations needs • Assist in identifying and qualifying a preferred supply base • Support supplier performance and relationship management programs, including supplier management scorecards and supplier reviews to drive continuous improvement in supplier performance. • Assist with Cost Reduction Activities to meet key savings KPI’s / goals • Lead procurement activities related to ERP transitions and system integration efforts Skills & Abilities: • Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to problem solve, drive results and complete cost saving strategies • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Expected to become proficient in use of Coupa and/or other systems as required • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem resolution and analytical skills Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred – minimum High School Diploma or GED Must be proactive, analytical, with excellent communication in all forms, accountable, professional, and demonstrate integrity.
