In this role, you will work closely with the Licensed Administrator, gaining insight into facility operations, regulatory processes, leadership workflows, and strategic decision-making—making it a strong foundation for long-term advancement in healthcare administration. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support • Provide high-level administrative support to the Licensed Administrator, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and coordination of meetings. • Assist with reports, tracking tools, and operational documentation related to facility management. Confidential & Regulatory Materials • Handle confidential, time-sensitive, and compliance-related information with professionalism, discretion, and accuracy. Cross-Department Coordination • Serve as a communication liaison between the Administrator and internal departments, vendors, and external partners. • Maintain contact lists, calendars, and administrative workflows to ensure efficiency. Problem-Solving & Initiative • Anticipate administrative needs, prioritize tasks, and independently resolve issues using sound judgment. • Support special projects and process improvements as assigned. Requirements • Experience: Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment. Work Environment • Primarily indoor work environment (approximately 90%). • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, with scheduled breaks and lunch periods. Compensation Salary / Wage Range: $35.00 – $37.00 per hour Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may vary from the range listed.
