The Brick Market & Deli is looking for Grill Cook/Prep Cooks with flat-top grill experience for AM & PM shifts. Applicants should possess the following qualifications: • Minimum 1-2 years experience in established restaurants • Responsible, Hard Working, Dependable, Committed, Good Communication Skills, Organized, Neat, Fast Paced • Flexibility with work schedule; be on call if needed to cover a shift • Standard kitchen procedures, sanitation protocols & practices, Follow Food Safety Policies, Practices and Procedures • Knife skills, product identification & cooking techniques • Culinary school background not required, but is a bonus • LA County approved Food Handlers Card Please submit your resume - selected Grill Cook/Prep Cook candidates will be contacted for an interview.
