Market Manager • Key Job Responsibilities: • Execute WOW plan for all locations. • Manage market operations and monitor capture rates. • Hold staff accountable for shop performance and customer satisfaction. • Recruit, train new hires, and seek continuous education opportunities. • Promote safe working conditions, review audits, and document safety records. • Work with corporate staff to achieve external growth objectives. • Review location performance against goals and provide coaching. • Conduct operations reviews, audits, and meet with claims managers and dealer accounts. Expected qualifications: 5+ years collision repair industry, 3+ years management, ICAR Platinum certification, estimating license if applicable.
