Location: Remote (must reside in Orange, Lake, or Polk County, Florida) Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week About Us The Bond Maker creates meaningful connections for women through unforgettable events, engaging experiences, and curated travel getaways. We are looking for a motivated Event & Membership Coordinator to help us grow our community and deliver high-quality experiences. Role Overview In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat behind our events and membership growth. You will plan and schedule events, follow up with attendees to encourage them to join our Elite Membership, and inspire women to book our BOND Voyage Getaways. This is a fully remote, entry-level position that offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event planning, community building, and customer engagement. Responsibilities • Event Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule events, ensuring all details are organized and executed smoothly. • Membership Growth: Follow up with event attendees to promote and encourage sign-ups for Elite Membership. • Travel Engagement: Support the promotion of BOND Voyage Getaways by engaging women and guiding them through the booking process. • Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and support to ensure every member and guest feels valued. Qualifications • At least 1 years of event planning, event coordination, hospitality, or community management experience (preferred). • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Must have a laptop, reliable transportation, and a quiet space to work remotely. • Must be located in Orange, Lake, or Polk County, Florida.
