Senior Test Program Manager - Product Development Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Senior Test Program Manager –Product Development to join our team in Everett, WA. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of all BCA Product Development test work statement, including lab and flight test activities. This role will require travel to Boeing Seattle as needed. Position Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all partner organizations Lead of team of test program integrators focused on collaboration with BCA Product Development to influence and define overall test work statement in support of product development including: Lab and flight demonstrators Wind tunnel, materials, and other early concept testing for future product needs Process and tool development for future product needs Develop test program strategy and architecture for test programs of the future Leverage program management best practices to manage test safety, quality, cost and schedule performance, including proactive management of risks and opportunities and utilization of a change management strategy, for all BT&E BCA PD statement of work Collaborate with BT&E capability leaders to execute test work statement and identify future product test needs Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 5+ years of experience leading or conducting complex flight and/or lab testing in an integrated test team environment 3+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test Experience in program management of technical programs for aerospace or other engineering business areas Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
