Senior Product Support Integration Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) Mobility and Surveillance Engineering is seeking a Senior Product Support Integration Specialist to support the E-7A Product Support Engineering team in Tukwila, WA. This individual will work across business units as part of a global Boeing team supporting E-7A Product Support development and sustainment programs, partnering with multiple stakeholders both domestic and international. Position will be charged with being the leading advocate for customer maintenance and operations with the responsibility to ensure a consistent approach to maintenance philosophies and operational practices regarding reliability, availability and maintenance costs targets. E-7 is a growing global program, and this is an exciting opportunity to support all phases of the program life cycle. This role reports to the BGS Sustainment Chief Engineer Position Responsibilities: Provide Design for Supportability influence on E-7 engineering and technology development by acting as a customer advocate for matters relating to sustainment to ensure alignment with the Customer’s maintenance and operational needs. Oversee analysis of the impact to E-7 maintenance/operations of systems designs, tooling, facilities and supporting documents while acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the customer on maintenance related issues. Review program and engineering change proposals and consults on the assessment of product support impact. Act as a consultant on regulatory matters and oversee research on emergent technical issues. Champion the research and development of new Services and Support technologies to enhance competitive advantage. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 14+ years of related work experience in a sustainment role or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience 5+ years of experience with airline or military maintenance operations 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): A&P license or equivalent 3+ years of experience with Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft (MCDA) programs 3+ years of experience of collaborative leadership and teaming with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements as defined by DAU Knowledge of aircraft systems, propulsion, payloads, structural, and operational knowledge of Boeing aircraft in the commercial and military derivative aviation industry Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels Experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously, including experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects Experience working directly with military customers or regulatory agencies on programs Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
