Experienced Manufacturing Change Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Change Management Specialist (level 3) to transform airplane assembly, delivery, and fabrication sites into a world-class, continuously improving production system as a part of the Fabrication Engineering Change Management team in the Puget Sound region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, integrated scheduling, and lean methodologies, demonstrating the ability to lead change incorporation plans effectively. They will have a proven track record of analyzing product and process changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while facilitating alternate design or manufacturing solutions. The selected candidate will exhibit exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, thriving in a collaborative environment while working with minimal direction to drive continuous improvement initiatives, becoming a valuable asset to our team as we pursue excellence in aerospace manufacturing. The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at the listed location. Position Responsibilities: Leads activities to develop and communicate change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments Reviews product/process change requirements and determines/facilitates alternate design or manufacturing solutions Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements Approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change Verifies compliance with change incorporation plans and oversees implementation of recovery plans as needed Works under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years' experience with integrated program scheduling 3+ years' experience defining manufacturing and assembly plans for machining and fabrication of parts, subassemblies, final assemblies Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues Experience in Program Planning & Control Familiarity with engineering change management processes and methodologies in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of BCA Fabrication Division capabilities Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with lean processes Project Management Institute certification (PMP) Configuration Management Institute (CMI) certification (CCMP, CCM, ACMP, etc.) Manufacturing engineer experience Bachelor’s Degree Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
