Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for healthcare products, managing website content, and analyzing campaign performance.

As part of the Personal Lines Marketing team, the core responsibilities for the Marketing Program Manager for Health are working with the Marketing team and key business stakeholders to take a proactive approach to creating and launching marketing assets in Email, Print, and Social (Organic and Paid) to help meet business goals. Additionally, the Marketing Program Manager maintains the Health agent website with content updates and works in collaboration with the Health team to enhance the content / increase usage of the site. Principal Responsibilities: Working with the Marketing and business Health teams ideate ongoing multi-channel campaigns for Personal Health Insurance products in Medicare, Individual Healthcare) and agent recruiting Manage Health website updates including analysis of top performing content, collaborate with the Health Business leadership team to improve usage Strategize and coordinate with Design teams to develop creative for campaign execution Lead Health Director Manager Grass Roots Marketing Meetings Research and analyze competitor advertising Create, launch, and monitor digital campaigns in social channels (Organic and Paid) Weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance Day-to-day account management including campaign spend optimization, audience creation, budget management Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion for campaign development Evaluate market opportunities for campaign refinement Additional duties as we continue to evolve Knowledge: How to market healthcare products to agents and beneficiaries How to engage 1099 agents to encourage them to bring additional contracts to us How to further educate Medicare beneficiaries to understand coverage options How to lead marketing campaigns ideation within a team, organize creative asset development, delivery and execution Reporting and analyzing campaigns across Email, website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Internal communication of analysis of campaigns and status of work efforts. Day-to-day account management including campaign optimization, audience creation, paid ad budget management Strategizing and coordinating with design and content teams to develop campaign creative Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research and analyze competitor advertising Skills: Proven Healthcare (Medicare and Individual Health) product marketing experience Multi-channel campaign development and execution experience Social Media campaign management experience Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition In-depth experience with web tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMRush, WebTrends) Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and Social Media Presentation skills - delivery and development Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment Working knowledge of asset management tools for sales content distribution Education, Experience, and Abilities Requirements: Proven healthcare marketing experience Experience with an FMO/NMA or health insurance carrier Experience preferred with agency management tools and enrollment platforms (e.g. AgencyBloc, Connecture, Sunfire) Multi-campaign development and execution Experience updating website content (e.g., WordPress or similar tools) Social Media campaign management experience Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Experience with web tools (e.g., Google AdManager, SEMRush, WebTrends) Presentation skills - delivery and development Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment Special Working Conditions: Fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
