Position Summary The Infrastructure Operations Analyst supports the IT Infrastructure team by ensuring operational efficiency, audit readiness, and documentation accuracy. This role is responsible for gathering and organizing audit data, leading the creation and maintenance of infrastructure procedures and policy documentation, coordinating with third-party vendors, and assisting with task prioritization and assignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Audit Support: - Assist Infrastructure Engineers in collecting, validating, and organizing audit data for internal and external reviews. - Maintain accurate records of infrastructure configurations, change logs, and compliance documentation. Documentation Leadership: - Lead the creation, revision, and coordination of infrastructure procedures and policy documents. - Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with compliance and operational standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and improve documentation practices. Vendor Coordination: - Act as a point of contact for third-party vendors supporting infrastructure services. - Schedule and coordinate vendor activities, ensuring alignment with internal processes and timelines. - Track vendor performance and escalate issues as needed. Operational Support: - Support infrastructure-related projects and initiatives with administrative and logistical tasks. - Participate in process improvement efforts and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - Occasionally assist with the prioritization and assignment of infrastructure tasks to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or audit/compliance roles. - Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with infrastructure systems (servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms). - Experience coordinating with external vendors or service providers. - Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Office). - Understanding of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, SOX, NYDFS) is a plus.
