We're seeking an experienced Director, Digital Product Manager to lead our partner integration strategy and execution in the insurance technology ecosystem. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our integration platform, enabling seamless connections with distribution partners that power our insurance products. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision - Develop and maintain a scalable platform roadmap, emphasizing API‑first design, modern integration patterns, and streamlined partner onboarding. API & Integration Leadership - Own the full lifecycle of API-driven integrations, from conceptual design through specification, delivery, testing, onboarding, and post‑launch performance monitoring. Agile Leadership & Delivery Excellence - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaborative design discussions for the aligned area Partner & Stakeholder Engagement - Lead external integration workshops to review API designs, workflows, and testing milestones. Backlog Ownership & Value Realization - Maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing integrations, features, performance improvements, and technical debt. Post‑Launch Quality, Performance & SLA Accountability Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with Engineering, QA, Architecture, Support, and Operations. Execution & Continuous Improvement - Champion a culture of accountability for quality, SLAs, and partner experience. IT Product Owner Requirements Experience managing partner relationships and gathering requirements from external stakeholders In-depth knowledge of embedded insurance and Multi-family products (Renters, Tenant Legal Liability, etc.) 6+ years of working experience as a Digital Product Manager. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
