**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen ** Baer is looking for SAP Client Delivery Manager for a 12 month Federal Remote Project. Title: SAP Client Delivery Manager Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 12 months Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Description: • Lead regular and quarterly business review meetings. • Deliver KPI-based scorecards to assess performance and customer satisfaction. • Identify improvement opportunities and align services with customer business needs. • Communicate SAP Project cloud strategy and encourage cloud adoption. • Orchestrate customer onboarding and transition projects. • Manage service and project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. • Act as the single point of contact for customer service and support requirements. • Support root-cause analysis, de-escalate critical situations, and collaborate with client teams when needed. • Prepare proposals, solution assessments, and service scopes. • Plan customer releases/maintenance and build IT calendars. • Ensure execution of Managed Services and Cloud Application Services, including monthly service reporting. • Identify and support upsell opportunities. • Partner with sales teams on renewals and deal reviews. • Support customer satisfaction surveys and SLA service credit reviews. • Assist with commercial change requests, sizing, and pricing. • Conduct Cloud Application Services profit reviews and coordinate with internal SAP Project teams. Requirements: • 5+ years of professional experience in delivery management, account management, or related roles. • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills. • Understanding of functional business processes (e.g., Logistics, Finance). • Foundational project management and lean methodology experience. • Technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud trends, and SAP project cloud models. • Expertise with cloud solutions such as HEC and S/4HANA. • Experience with escalation handling and resolution. • Preferred Certifications : ITIL Foundation (beneficial) and Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree • Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
