Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Baer Group is seeking an SAP Client Delivery Manager for a 12-month Federal Remote Project. The role involves leading business review meetings, managing service and project delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service alignment. Responsibilities • Lead regular and quarterly business review meetings • Deliver KPI-based scorecards to assess performance and customer satisfaction • Identify improvement opportunities and align services with customer business needs • Communicate SAP Project cloud strategy and encourage cloud adoption • Orchestrate customer onboarding and transition projects • Manage service and project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines • Act as the single point of contact for customer service and support requirements • Support root-cause analysis, de-escalate critical situations, and collaborate with client teams when needed • Prepare proposals, solution assessments, and service scopes • Plan customer releases/maintenance and build IT calendars • Ensure execution of Managed Services and Cloud Application Services, including monthly service reporting • Identify and support upsell opportunities • Partner with sales teams on renewals and deal reviews • Support customer satisfaction surveys and SLA service credit reviews • Assist with commercial change requests, sizing, and pricing • Conduct Cloud Application Services profit reviews and coordinate with internal SAP Project teams Skills • 5+ years of professional experience in delivery management, account management, or related roles • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills • Understanding of functional business processes (e.g., Logistics, Finance) • Foundational project management and lean methodology experience • Technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud trends, and SAP project cloud models • Expertise with cloud solutions such as HEC and S/4HANA • Experience with escalation handling and resolution • Bachelor's Degree • ITIL Foundation (beneficial) • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Company Overview • The Baer Group provides information technology recruting services.
