The Director of Sales & Growth will lead the next stage of our expansion. ⭐ Position Summary We are hiring a Director of Sales & Growth (DSG) to lead: • Recruiting • Training • Coaching • Agent performance • Culture & retention This is a high-impact, agent-facing leadership role that directly supports TAG’s mission of training a new generation of Realtors and enriching their lives. You will partner with the Team Leader/Founder to build TAG into a dominant Arizona real estate organization. ⭐ Key Responsibilities🔹 Recruiting (Primary Priority) • 25–40 outbound recruiting conversations per day • 10–15 recruiting appointments per week • Hire 3+ new agents per month • Manage recruiting pipeline in CRM • Conduct interviews, extend offers, follow up • Work with DialWorks AI to optimize outbound recruiting calls • Host monthly Career Night and recruiting events • (Supported by TAG’s recruiting models, tools & systems: ) 🔹 Coaching & Accountability • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with agents • Group coaching on sales, scripts, lead gen, and conversion • Maintain 85%+ 1:1 completion • Help agents execute the Proven Models & Systems (economic, budget, lead-gen models: ) • Track & report weekly KPIs • Drive production and listing inventory growth 🔹 Training & Onboarding • Lead the 30/60/90 onboarding plan • Teach TAG listing & buyer processes • Facilitate skill-building workshops • Plug agents into TAG’s World Class Education, admin support, ISA support, and systems (per recruiting tools: ) 🔹 Culture & Leadership • Lead weekly TAG meetings when assigned • Promote TAG’s HEART values • Recognize wins, drive engagement & maintain community • Create healthy accountability • Maintain 80%+ agent retention ⭐ QualificationsRequired • Sales leadership or recruiting background • Experience coaching or developing people • High emotional intelligence & communication skills • Confident, energetic, and service-oriented • Organized and systems-driven • Strong presentation skills • Ability to work full-time in office (Scottsdale) Preferred • Real estate experience (not required) • Experience with CRMs • Experience in talent acquisition or team leadership ⭐ Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary • $72,000 – $95,000 (experience based) Bonuses • $750 per retained agent hire (90 days) • Quarterly GCI bonuses: $2,500–$7,500 • Retention bonus: $200/mo for 85%+ retention • 15% of TAG’s KWAZ revenue share pool Total Expected Earnings $130,000 – $170,000+ Top performers will exceed $170K. ⭐ Why Join TAG?
