We work with school districts, private schools, hospitals, resorts and private students. We are seeking an organized and experienced Office Assistant to join our growing team. Role Description This is a part-time position for an Office Assistant located in Rolling Hills Estates, CA. The position is 20 hours per week, M-F 9 am to 1 pm. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, running reports, updating spreadsheets and communicating with vendors. Effective communication with team members, clients and vendors is essential for this role.
