Position: Full-Time, Remote Industry: Logistics / Operations Support We’re seeking a highly organized and bilingual Remote Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team and ensure smooth, efficient handling of materials, shipments, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while communicating with partners and team members in both English and Spanish. 🔹 Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving, scheduling, and order tracking Communicate with vendors, carriers, field teams, and customers in both English and Spanish Manage tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and resolve shipping delays or issues Maintain accurate spreadsheets, logs, and inventory-related documentation Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and transportation records Support purchasing and material requests by following up on orders and delivery timelines Assist with scheduling freight pickups and coordinating shipments across multiple locations Provide timely updates to internal teams regarding delivery status and inventory needs Perform general administrative and communication tasks to support the logistics department 🔹 Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) 1–3 years of logistics, supply chain, administrative, or coordination experience (preferred) Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote environment Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic logistics platforms (UPS/FedEx portals, TMS, etc.) Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset Problem-solving approach and ability to adapt in fast-paced situations 🔹 What We Offer Fully remote position with flexible scheduling Competitive pay based on experience Long-term growth opportunities within logistics and operations Supportive, collaborative team environment Stable role with consistent workload and clear responsibilities If you're bilingual, organized, and ready to support a busy logistics team from anywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
