Job Title: Executive Communications Graphic Designer Location: 100% Remote Reporting To: Senior Communications Business Manager, Executive Office of the CVP Rate: $66-$69/ hour Duration: Through 12/31/25 This role is embedded within the executive office, supporting the Chief of Staff and senior leadership through high-impact visual communications. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting executive-level collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, visual assets for internal and external events, and strategic communications materials. The position demands a business-oriented mindset, creative excellence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high visibility across AI and silicon initiatives. Responsibilities Daily Work & Measurable Outcomes: • Design and refresh visual collateral for organizational health, culture campaigns, newsletters, orientation decks, and diversity initiatives. • Create original artwork and adapt existing content for external channels (email, social media, conferences). • Develop and maintain design templates to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Provide video production and broadcasting support for large-scale meetings and events. • Drive the evolution of visual communication strategies aligned with executive messaging. • Manage end-to-end content development, including project tracking, delivery, and performance reporting. • Collaborate with creative leads across organizations to ensure brand compliance and alignment. • Analyze feedback and iterate designs to improve engagement and effectiveness. Operating Rhythm: • Weekly updates and business manager communications. • Scheduled events such as quarterly town halls and external conferences. • Ad hoc deck creation and project management for recognition programs. Required Qualifications • Experience: 10-15 years in graphic design, communications, or related fields. • Education: Bachelor's degree required. Technical Skills: • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) - 10-15 years. • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook) - 10-15 years. • Project management experience - 10-15 years. Portfolio: Must include examples of executive-level design work and SharePoint experience. Soft Skills: • Executive presence and written communication. • High responsiveness, ownership, and attention to detail. • Proactive problem-solving and independent execution. • Excellent cross-group collaboration and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting internal communications teams or executives in-house (agency-only backgrounds not preferred). • Experience managing and maintaining SharePoint sites. • Ability to take on cross-functional responsibilities beyond design, including program and project management. • Previous experience within the tech industry, with familiarity in executive office communications. • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, messaging tone, and visual storytelling.
