Company Description The Alignment Collective is a mental health, wellness, and future movement/fitness non-profit based out of Portland, OR. We focus on providing comprehensive mental health services to support the well-being of our clients. Our mission is to promote holistic wellness through a combination of therapeutic practices and physical wellness programs. We are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for both our clients and employees. Role Description This is a part-time OR full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist. The Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and family therapy, create treatment plans, and potentially offer group therapy. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing therapeutic relationships, and maintaining client records. The role is located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area with some work from home flexibility. Qualifications • Skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Planning (or desire to learn) • Experience in Mental Health and Family Therapy (or desire to learn or transition from other roles) • Proficiency in Social Work or Counseling values, ethics, laws, and culture • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Oregon (Washington licensees also may be considered) • Experience working in a hybrid work environment is a plus
