Location: Remote (Africa Only) Salary: $150 USD per month + 10% commission Type: Full-Time | Remote About Afridiaspo.net Afridiaspo.net is a growing digital media platform connecting Africans and the diaspora through daily news and global African event listings. Our goal is to become the go-to online hub for African stories, businesses, and events worldwide. We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Revenue Growth Manager based in Africa who can grow traffic and generate revenue. This role combines social media, design, and sales. Main Target Generate a minimum of $3,000 in monthly revenue through: • Paid event listings • Sponsored posts • Banner ads • Business promotions Responsibilities1. Social Media Management • Post daily news content • Turn website articles into carousels and short videos • Promote Afridiaspo.net/news • Promote Afridiaspo.net/event • Create engaging captions and hooks • Grow followers and engagement 2. Revenue Generation • Pitch paid event listings • Reach out to event organizers • Contact African brands for sponsored posts • Convert DMs and inquiries into paying clients • Actively look for partnership opportunities This is a revenue-driven role. 3. Graphic Design (Required) • Design news carousels • Create event flyers • Design promotional graphics • Maintain brand consistency Must be confident using Canva or Adobe tools. 4. Reporting • Submit weekly performance reports • Track revenue generated • Track website traffic growth • Track partnerships closed Compensation Base Salary: $150 per month Commission: 10% of total monthly revenue generated Example: If you generate $3,000 → Earn $300 commission Total = $450 If you generate $5,000 → Earn $500 commission Total = $650 Unlimited earning potential for high performers.
