WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Tax Advisory Account Executive, you'll be the engine that powers our growth — handling everything from lead qualification to closing deals. You’ll talk to business owners who are eager to reduce their tax burden and show them how our solution transforms their bottom line. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. We want a hunter AND a closer — someone who can hit the ground running, generate opportunities, and confidently convert warm and cold leads into lifelong clients. Your day-to-day: • Master our sales methodology (check your ego at the door) • Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to signed agreement • Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and close deals • Book appointments from existing leads + your own outreach • Keep our CRM updated like a pro — clear, complete, and actionable • Collaborate closely with leadership and client success teams • Stay sharp with weekly training and ongoing learning • Work independently in a high-autonomy environment WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • Maintain a 20%+ close rate • Pipeline is always clean, current, and detailed • Sales notes equip the client success team with everything they need • You're always learning — new product offerings, better techniques, deeper client insights • Your calendar is consistently filled with meaningful conversations WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in TAX ADVISORY SALES • Excellent communicator (Zoom, phone, and written) • Confident, coachable, and self-motivated • Stellar time and pipeline management • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable • Able to adapt quickly and crave personal + professional growth • Experience with CRM systems (and keeping them spotless) PERKS + BENEFITS • 100% Remote (work from anywhere in the U.S.) • Flexible hours, autonomy, and trust to do your best work • Be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team • Weekly training + leadership invested in your success • Make a massive impact on clients, the firm, and your own future A FINAL WORD At The Accounting Doctor, we’re not offering just a “job” — we’re offering a chance to be part of something bigger.
