Summary: The Marketing Project Manager oversees marketing projects, creative briefs, and production of materials for Thanksgiving Point’s venues and events. This role requires strong organization, vendor coordination, and cross-team collaboration with designers, engineers, marketers, and developers. The ideal candidate has excellent project management skills, an eye for design, and experience reviewing marketing copy and creative assets. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate marketing projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, and scope are met. • Oversee all signage and print orders with external vendors, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. • Develop and enforce production schedules for venue directors and event staff, ensuring final products are delivered well in advance (1 week for small events, 2–3 weeks for large events). • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives. • Review marketing copy and design materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality before submission to the Chief Marketing Officer. • Monitor print and digital collateral across multiple venues and events, coordinating installation timelines as needed. • Manage signage and collateral logistics, including occasional on-site delivery or pickup. • Lead project check-ins and stand-up meetings to maintain progress and address challenges. • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring projects are proactively managed and executed on time. • Partner with the Events Department to improve processes and meet shared objectives. • Utilize monday.com (or similar tools) to track tasks, assignments, and accountability. • Provide minor design input and UI/UX feedback when needed. • Support installation coordination and assist with creative problem solving throughout project execution. • Stay current with digital marketing trends to inform planning and workflow improvements. • Proofread and edit marketing copy to ensure brand quality and clarity. • Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies with compassion, curiosity, and confidence. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or related field preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related role. • Proficiency in project management tools (monday.com or similar). • Basic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and strong visual sense. • Understanding of digital marketing practices; UI/UX familiarity preferred. • Excellent organization and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable transportation required for occasional signage delivery or pickup. • Must hold a valid Utah Driver’s License and pass a background check.
