Role Description This is a full-time on-site Doctors’s Assistant (DA) role located in Houston, TX. The Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks to support daily operations. Responsibilities may include managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating appointments, and assisting with general office tasks as needed. Additionally, the Assistant will provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the office runs smoothly. DA will also be responsible for getting patients ready for the doctor and helping the appointment run smoothly. Qualifications • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools • Customer service skills to ensure positive client interactions • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Prior experience in an administrative or office environment is preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
