In this role, you will deliver both strategic and tactical HR support in a global capacity to employees and managers. This includes utilizing strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels of the organization, working with employees, and partnering with specialist functions – such as recruiting, talent development, and compensation – to execute people strategies and processes across the organization. As an HR Business Partner for ~1000 employees globally, some of your responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives such as translating short- and long-term business objectives into optimal resource plans such as mix of experience, functional expertise, job levels and employee groups. • Workforce planning and organizational design activities in partnership with business leaders to optimize structure and resource allocation. • Partnering with functional HR teams in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits and HR operations to execute strategies on hiring, development, retention and employee engagement. • Partnering with leaders and talent development to manage the annual performance management and compensation review process and build a talent pipeline that would enable a high-performance organization. • Managing employee relations for the organization. • Leveraging data analytics to build insights and suitable strategies to strengthen the organization in terms of capability, performance and engagement.
