Director of Integrated Marketing Communications Medical Technology | Diagnostics | Omnichannel Transformation We are partnering with a global medical technology organization seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing Communications to lead strategic, omnichannel marketing initiatives supporting a high-growth Diagnostics business unit. This leader will drive the development and execution of best-in-class marketing communications across digital and face-to-face channels, while modernizing the marketing ecosystem to maximize lead generation, customer experience, and marketing ROI. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of strategic, integrated marketing communications plans aligned to business objectives • Standardize and strengthen brand positioning, core messaging, value propositions, and campaign calendaring • Architect and optimize the digital ecosystem (web, eCommerce, mobile, CRM integration) to drive measurable funnel performance • Drive omnichannel campaign execution from awareness through opportunity creation within Salesforce • Oversee web experience, digital infrastructure, and associated marketing technologies • Deliver high-quality lead generation with strong focus on SQL creation, CRM data integrity, and pipeline contribution • Lead development of creative briefs and manage agency partners to ensure alignment with business goals • Develop and execute U.S. tradeshow and event strategy, including measurable lead conversion tactics • Build and manage internal MarCom, digital, web, and creative teams • Ensure regulatory, legal, and quality compliance across all marketing materials and approval processes • Manage budgets, report on marketing ROI (mROI), and drive operational excellence Required Qualifications • 5+ years leading marketing teams in medical technology, diagnostics, or high-tech industries • Proven experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing marketing teams • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) • Deep expertise in integrated campaign strategy and brand development • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategy, platforms, and performance measurement • Experience working with creative agencies and managing complex design/production initiatives • Strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills • Experience with Adobe Experience Suite, marketing automation platforms, and Salesforce CRM • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization • Willingness to travel up to 25% Ideal Candidate Profile You are a strategic marketing leader who: • Brings strong digital transformation experience • Understands regulated industry marketing environments • Has a track record of driving measurable revenue growth through integrated campaigns • Is comfortable leading cross-functional stakeholders across regions and business units • Thrives in complex, fast-moving environments
