Title: Varicent Solutions Architect Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote Job Description: • Lead end-to-end Varicent implementation projects, leveraging cloud technologies to solve complex sales performance and incentive compensation challenges • Provide deep Varicent and technology expertise to maximize value for the clients and internal project teams • Drive disciplined delivery methodology to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction • Design scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized solutions within the Varicent platform to meet diverse compensation and sales operations needs • Bring best practices in the solution design to ensure that the end architecture meets best practices • Ensure that the recent product launches, updates are incorporated into the solutions design • Guide, coach, and mentor project team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth in Varicent and SPM best practices • Demonstrate strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills to navigate business requirements, system design, and solution validation • Collaborate with ZS experts across domains to identify innovative approaches and mitigate delivery risks • Work with global team members across time zones to ensure seamless implementation and post-go-live support • Bring clarity to ambiguous client challenges and support development of business cases for future-state Varicent implementations • Support ZS Leadership through thought leadership, innovation initiatives, and internal capability development around the Varicent platform What You'll Bring: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field with a strong academic record • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technology implementations, with at least 2 3 years focused on Varicent or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms • Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, sales operations, and performance management • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language • Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, and managing project teams • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and integrations between Varicent and CRM/ERP/HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP) • Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL for large-scale enterprise environments • Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Databricks, or Redshift • Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery
