## Key Role Overview The Manufacturing Customer Service Representative manages customer expectations and drives internal execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to deliver manufacturing programs on time, within scope, and meeting contractual and quality requirements. This in-person, non-exempt full-time role supports program status reporting, contract deliverables, change management, KPI tracking, and customer issue resolution for the Auburn, WA manufacturing site. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead the execution of customer programs, ensuring alignment with technical, delivery, and cost objectives. - Coordinate internally between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to meet customer milestones. - Monitor and communicate program status to customers and internal stakeholders through regular reports, reviews, and meetings. - Own customer due dates from contract kick-off through delivery to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Handle contract deliverables, change requests, and scope adjustments in coordination with the sales director. - Drive timely, professional resolution of customer concerns or issues. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness. - Support new business proposals, RFQs, and pricing discussions for follow-on work or new opportunities. - Perform all other duties as assigned. ## Required Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of program or account management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries (minimum 3 years required). - Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access; able to pass a background check and E - Verify. - Valid state driver's license with ability to obtain and maintain insurance coverage; access to federal installations may require REAL ID-compliant ID or acceptable alternative. - Ability to perform physical demands including lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motion for extended periods. ## Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, and other compliance/regulatory frameworks. ## Compensation & Benefits - $26.44 - $31.25 per hour. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance. - Elective 401(k) retirement plan with employer match (match 0.5% for every 1% up to 6%) after 90 days; funds subject to vesting. - Flexible Spending Accounts for medical and dependent care. - 7 paid federal holidays, accrual of 10 paid days of vacation at the start of employment, and paid sick leave. - Potential shared earning bonus, tuition assistance after 1 year, scholarships for qualified dependents, and professional development, certifications, and training opportunities. - Verizon wireless discount, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness program, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility for full-time employees. ## Additional Information - Work arrangement: In-person at Auburn, WA facility; schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm. - Employer is a national non-profit government contractor (Tessera/Skookum) committed to hiring and supporting individuals with disabilities and veterans; accommodations available—contact recruiting@tessera.org or (360) 475-0756 ext. 349. - Tessera/Skookum participates in E - Verify and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
