Full Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with demonstrated leadership in managing business and IT teams, combined with proven customer service experience overseeing both corporate and contract entities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in winning contract proposals, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong employee relations. Key responsibilities include overseeing program operations, ensuring compliance with budgets and contract requirements, maintaining transparent communication between employees and leadership, and implementing business solutions that support company growth. This is a remote position with travel as needed to ensure employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of programs, ensuring performance, compliance, and timely delivery. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve high performance. Oversee client and contract relationships, driving service excellence. Develop and contribute to competitive contract proposals that secure awards and grow revenue. Support deployed employees, promoting engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Monitor budgets, control expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting. Identify and implement business solutions that enhance efficiency and support company growth. Maintain open communication between employees, clients, and executive leadership. 25+ years of experience managing business and IT teams in diverse organizational settings. Proven customer service experience managing corporate clients and contract entities. Demonstrated success in contract proposal development and securing winning bids that increased revenue. Experience fostering positive employee relations and supporting deployed resources. Strong financial acumen with the ability to monitor, control, and report on expenses and contract spending. Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing business solutions aligned with company growth goals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain open dialogue between employees and executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proficiency with project and program management tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
