So, what will the Lead Information Systems Engineer at Terrestris do? In support of the IRS M365 Cloud Program Management Office, the Lead Information Systems Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of all services. You will oversee system-wide M365 architecture, governance, security integrations, Purview, AOS interfaces, and cross-platform administration. What does a typical day look like for the Lead Information Systems Engineer? You will: Develop data readiness plans and integrate Purview to protect sensitive data. Administer and manage SharePoint Online environments. Support Windows Server and SQL Server cluster operations. Design and implement Power Platform environments and pipelines. Design/enhance Defender, Copilot, Loop, Purview, Graph Connector capabilities. Design and manage SharePoint on-premises farm infrastructure. Configure and secure AvePoint Online Services interfaces. Apply data connectors and establish enterprise data policies. Lead application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. Integrate SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Azure with systems. Complete all plans, schedules, and written project documentation. Provide bi-weekly status reports (deliverables, risks, mitigations, etc.). Provide monthly consolidated health reports for the M365 team. What qualifications do you look for? You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have: Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship. A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate/government environment. Demonstrated extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Flow). Demonstrated strong .NET development skills (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Demonstrated proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts. Demonstrated knowledge of the Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure ecosystem. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration. Demonstrated developing PowerApps model. Demonstrated experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps. Demonstrated experience in managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, and AI Builder. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to entire M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences. Capacity to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
