Concrete Plant Loader Operator / Laborer Location: Orlando, FL Pay: $24–$28 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are hiring a dependable night shift, anday shift Concrete Plant Loader Operator / Laborer for our Orlando, FL concrete plant. This position involves operating a front-end loader, assisting with plant production, and performing general labor duties while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities: • Operate front-end loader to move aggregates and load plant materials • Assist with daily concrete plant operations and general labor tasks • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant • Follow all safety policies and procedures • Work closely with plant personnel to meet production demands Qualifications: • Experience operating a front-end loader preferred • Concrete plant, construction, or industrial experience a plus • Must speak and understand English for safety and job communication • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor • Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness • Valid driver’s license Schedule: • Full-time • Overtime available as needed Compensation & Benefits: • $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience • Consistent hours • Opportunity for growth and advancement • Team-oriented work environment Work Location: • In person – Orlando, FL How to Apply: Apply through Indeed with your resume.
