About the Role Teramind is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Lead who will own the strategy and execution of data-powered, personalized engagement campaigns across our owned channels. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builde someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing automation, AI, and analytics to drive measurable growth through sophisticated lifecycle programs. What You’ll Do • Lead the design and execution of advanced email, in-app, and retargeting campaigns that nurture, convert, and retain enterprise audiences. • Apply predictive analytics and AI to deliver highly personalized user journeys that increase conversion efficiency and customer lifetime value. • Collaborate closely with our data and product teams to develop new automation tools, user segmentation models, and behavior-based triggers using complex datasets and SQL-enabled views. • Identify and scale new high-impact channels to grow Teramind’s direct engagement pipeline. • Conduct continuous A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize conversion rates, message relevance, and engagement outcomes. • Integrate product usage signals, behavior scoring, and personalized content recommendations into our lifecycle touchpoints. • Develop reporting frameworks to measure channel effectiveness, audience health, and campaign ROI for marketing and executive leadership. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain exceptional email deliverability and domain reputation. • Mentor team members on best practices in lifecycle marketing, automation strategy, and data utilization. Required Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. • Demonstrated success applying AI and automation to personalize, scale, and optimize marketing programs. • Strong analytical and technical proficiency with data visualization and query tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Looker Studio. • Proven ability to design multi-step nurtures and segmentation strategies for complex buyer journeys. • A growth-oriented mindset with experience building systems, algorithms, and rules to automate customer engagement. • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring or managing marketing talent. • Strong passion for cybersecurity innovation and data-driven brand storytelling.
