What You'll Do The Enterprise Technology Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery of projects through all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle which includes – initiation, planning, development, execution, control & closeout of projects. The Project Manager will provide guidance to teams and other resources in ways that promote the successful outcomes of strategic projects, utilizing the appropriate approach and tools to meet business and Enterprise Technology expectations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and leader, comfortable in driving technology focused projects. + Lead IT and Information Security projects + Ensure projects deliver on commitments + Define, plan, direct the establishment & execution of projects, while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources and risk + Plan, organize, lead and monitor the activities of the project team + Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports + Provide project risk analysis and mitigation planning + Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget and scope + Create collaborative partnerships and perform stakeholder management with customers, vendors, and other teams to achieve project objectives + Prepare and manage deliverables (Project Plan, Risk Plan, Communication Plan, etc.) – use deliverables to conduct the project + Update appropriate documentation and project plan to reflect changes in requirements and commitments Who You'll Work With The Project Manager will support the Enterprise Technology team as a member of the PMO organizing, coordinating, and driving InfoSec and IT related and projects. Collaboration with Enterprise Technology teams and business sponsors to ensure projects are executed on time, per scope, within budget and with high quality will be key to the role. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate + BS/BA in business or a technical field with 3 to 5 years of directly relevant experience + Demonstrable understanding of core Project Management Fundamentals + PMP certification is a plus but not required + Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Scheduling, Resourcing, Cost Management, Scoping, etc.) + Excellent knowledge of Collaboration tools; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage + Outstanding leadership and organizational skills + Expert managing multiple, simultaneous projects and programs + Experience collaborating with and supporting business leaders within a large corporate environment + Demonstrated ability to influence and manage the expectations of stakeholders, team members, management and external partners What You Will Bring + Excellent communication skills + Excellent problem-solving ability + Ability to address and resolve difficult situations even under time pressure Why We Think You'll Love Teradata We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success. Pay Rate: 92400.0000 - 115500.0000 - 138600.0000 Annually Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
