The Asset Management Analyst will support end-to-end asset management processes, including asset entry, tracking, and retirement. They will also assist in developing standard operating procedures and quality control measures for asset management systems.
Candidates must have a BA/BS degree and 3-5 years of experience in acquisition program management or contracting for federal projects. Strong writing and documentation skills related to procurement documents are essential.

Project Background: The Financial Services Modernization (FSM) program will address the need to select a new financial system service provider to implement improved and integrated financial system capabilities in support of its financial, procurement, and asset management operations to replace the current financial system (Momentum). Tasks/Responsibilities: Support End-to-End Asset Management (asset entry, tracking, inventory, depreciation, retirement) Support development of Asset Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Support documentation of Asset Management system requirements Support the review of Asset Management systems and provide recommendations Support the documentation of Asset Management processes and procedures for asset entry and tracking Assist with the development, review, and update of Asset Management workflows; Assist with the development, review, and update of Asset Management quality controls; Review currently available Asset Management report, recommend updates and new reports if necessary; The ability to work with a report designer to develop new reports if necessary; Assist with daily and long-term operational and strategic management of assets; Participate in inventory of assets; Assist the organization in making strategic decisions to optimize Asset Management system usage; Assist with the development of Quality Control measures Assist with entry of asset information; Assist with performing verification and audit of asset management system; Research industry Best Practices and document approaches for implementation; Assist with the development of training plan/program; Work with stakeholders to develop key performance indicators; Manage and administer a records management program Establish a records management system and implement File Plans for Records Management. Research and provide recommendations to address the daily management, retention and disposal of records. Provides guidance and required instructions for those records that are no longer needed for routine business. Prepare a records retention schedule and ensure that retention period requirements are in line with FBD policy and requirements. Coordinate with the Legal, Compliance and Information Technology Departments on all aspects of implementation of the records management program. Monitor program effectiveness and recommend modifications when necessary. Required Skills: US Citizenship Required / Background Investigation required to attain favorable entry on duty (EOD) BA/BS from an accredited college or university BA/BS, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a position related to acquisition program management and/or contracting supporting Federal acquisition programs/projects. 3-5 years strong writing, editing, and reviewing of procurement documents within the acquisition lifecycle; : Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, , Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Security related documentation and Request for Service Contract Prepare and maintain standard Contracts Reports (daily, weekly and monthly requirements) Assist with preparing and processing contract modifications, change orders, and Equipment/Engineering Change Proposal actions Familiar with the Government Contracting arena, Contract Types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, BOAs, IDIQS, etc.) and acquisition processes At Teracore, we support, depend and thrive on differences for the benefit of our associates and customers.
