Educational : Engineering Degree (Must - Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical), Management Degree (Good to have) Competencies : • 15+ years' experience in Automotive Engineering Domain, preferably with an OEM or a Tier 1 Suppliers directly or through a service provider • Good knowledge of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of product development process • Good to have worked in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) / Infotainment / E-Mobility Domain • Proven experience as a Sales Director for Auto Industry • Project management experience • Experience working with Global Teams • Background in Sales / Pre-Sales and customer relationship management is preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Customer-oriented approach • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Sharp business acumen • Problem-solving aptitude Salary Range : $133,518-$175,388 a year #LI-KR2
