Learning & Development Program Coordinator Location: Remote - Remote Category: Learning and Development Employment Type: Contract Job ID: 18482 Date Added: 01/06/2026 APPLY NOW View All Jobs Learning & Development Program Coordinator • Experience Level: 1-3 yearsExperience Level: 1-3 years • Location: Remote (EST/CST Preferred) Job Description The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. Supports the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support. Baseline Requirements Candidates without this knowledge/experience should not be submitted: • Technical: Strong Excel/Google sheets skills (i.e. pivots, reporting, etc.) • Systems: Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable system knowledge; Cvent or Cornerstone system experience. • Project Management: Managing multiple priorities; writing skills (clear concise emails, announcement writing, etc.) • Delivery: Onsite or Virtual event delivery experience. Knowledge & Skills Preferred Knowledge Areas • Leveraging technology to support on demand and live, instructor-led training. • Learning Management System (LMS) functionality to enhance the learner experience. • Establishing effective networks and supervise onsite resources to accomplish implementation of L&D program. • Operational expertise in implementation of large scale events, process and logistics planning, onsite event set up. Preferred Skills • Logistics: Managing event logistics (e.g., registration, A/V production, learner relations). • Financials: Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues. • Project Management: Leveraging basic-level project management skills to plan, support, and manage the implementation of programs nationally, within a market, and/or in a virtual environment. • Problem Solving: Managing multiple priorities and proactively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate. • Database Tools: Learning to use databases and other tools to manage the scheduling and delivery of courses. • Communication: Leveraging presentation and communication skills to effectively work with clients and other team members. • Quality Focus: Bringing customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience. • Specialized Areas: * Experience leading registration work streams and using Learning Management Systems. • Developing communications for program participants, actively using accurate formats and modern technology. • NASBA CPE requirements.
