The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service throughout the sales cycle. This position combines proactive lead generation, quotation management, and customer support to strengthen Tensik Industries’ presence in the concrete equipment market. The role also involves maintaining the company’s schedule of trade shows, concrete industry events, and customer visits, ensuring Tensik remains visible and connected within the industry. Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and distributors. • Identify and develop new sales leads through online research, databases, and networking within the construction and concrete industry. • Prepare and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and proposals in coordination with engineering and production teams. • Maintain and update the calendar of concrete industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions, coordinating Tensik’s participation and marketing materials. • Conduct follow-ups on open opportunities to close deals and meet sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, quotes, and leads in the CRM system. • Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries. • Assist customers with product specifications, pricing, and availability inquiries. • Provide after-sales support, handling customer concerns or warranty issues professionally and efficiently. • Support the marketing department with promotional campaigns, event coordination, and lead-generation initiatives. • Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and customer experience. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial equipment). • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). • Experience in lead generation, CRM systems, and B2B sales. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP software. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to read and understand basic technical product data or drawings (preferred). • Experience coordinating or attending trade shows and industry events is a plus.
