RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Support the planning and delivery of IT projects that translate business goals into real outcomes • Work closely with senior project managers and the team to organize project activities • Track project progress and keep stakeholders informed • Gain hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies • Learn how to guide project teams in a structured and collaborative way • Use Azure DevOps to: • Maintain backlogs • Follow up on sprint progress • Support reporting for project transparency • Develop skills to grow into a full-fledged IT Project Manager • Contribute to meaningful projects from day one REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 1–3 years of experience in IT project support, coordination, or a related role. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. • Interest in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with some hands-on exposure (e.g., as a team member or in a supporting role). • Basic experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog tracking, sprint planning, or reporting. • Good communication skills: you can clearly share information and follow up with stakeholders. • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a more senior project management role over time. • Flexibility to work on a variety of IT projects in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
