Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field and at least 10 years of experience leading large-scale FTTH construction projects with strong OSP knowledge.

Position Summary We are partnering with a fast-growing broadband infrastructure provider to hire a Vice President OSP Construction. This role will lead all aspects of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) construction across multiple regions. Our client is looking for a hands-on executive with extensive experience managing high-volume FTTH deployments, internal teams, and external vendor networks. Key Responsibilities • Direct all FTTH construction projects from planning through activation. • Develop and execute strategies to meet buildout goals (mileage, passings, deadlines). • Lead internal construction teams; reduce reliance on external contractors. • Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, and compliance. • Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deployment plans. • Ensure all field work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field • Minimum 10 years of experience leading FTTH construction projects at scale. (MUST) • Strong knowledge of OSP construction, permitting, make-ready, and fiber activation. • Proven experience managing remote teams and multiple concurrent builds. • Solid understanding of construction budgets and financial metrics. • Ability to read BOMs, fiber prints, and construction documents. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
