Something big is happening, The way we build things is completely changing. AI is something we are embracing and we are looking for someone lead this change. Telos' future is embracing open contribution and embracing the agentic movement. The role: You're the technical leader of Telos' AI driven open source movement. You own the GitHub. You set the standards in contributions. You review others code. You're the person the community comes to when they want to contribute, and the person who decides what's good enough to ship. Early priorities: • Audit and restructure our GitHub repos, CI/CD, and review process for open contribution at scale • Define the contribution architecture — how code gets from PR to production, for both human and agent contributors • Keep our infrastructure healthy — nodes, RPC, block explorers, the stuff that has to stay up • Start building the contributor community — recruit maintainers, create good-first-issue pipelines, make Telos a project developers actually want to be part of • Establish the AI contribution policy — how we embrace agent-generated code without compromising security You should be: • Experienced Full Stack Developer • Already working with AI agents, AI code-development and Openclaw • Deep in EVM and blockchain infrastructure — you can review a protocol change and know what breaks • Deeply interested in ZK/Privacy tech and AI • Broadly experienced with different programming languages/frameworks C++, Rust, javascript, React, Vue etc • Prolific open source native / contributor/ maintainer • Security-conscious by default • Someone who easily gets obsessed with what they are building
