About Telgea Telgea simplifies enterprise cellular connectivity. We help large organizations gain control and transparency over their cell phone subscriptions across providers, countries, and teams. Instead of managing multiple contracts, invoices, and carriers, Telgea brings everything together in one platform. Backed by top-tier investors and strong initial traction, we’re doubling down on the U.S. and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader to build and execute that strategy alongside our existing sales team. The opportunity This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Telgea’s global sales team to execute a funded strategy to accelerate our early U.S. traction and close lighthouse customers. As we scale, you’ll grow into leading the U.S. sales organization you helped build. It’s a rare opportunity to shape an industry-changing company from the ground up. Just as Revolut, Brex, and Mercury redefined banking, you’ll help Telgea redefine how enterprises connect their people across the world. What you'll do • Establish market strategy: Validate and localize the go-to-market strategy for the U.S. market. • Prove the sales motion: Personally close the initial deals to refine the sales playbook, build momentum, and validate the product-market fit. • Bridge the gap: Act as a critical connection between the U.S. market and our European sales and product teams, providing crucial market intelligence and feedback. • Recruit future talent: Have a direct hand in interviewing and hiring the future U.S. sales team, building on the foundation we've established. • Leverage existing support: Work in partnership with our successful global sales team, who will provide support, best practices, and insights to accelerate your progress in the U.S. What we're looking for • Proven track record: 5 to 10 years of sales experience, including closing deals in a rapid-growth environment. • Career step up: you are a successful AE today who want more responsibility and autonomy. • Available commitment: Able to invest the time and energy needed to built from the ground up. • Executer: You are self-driven and make things happen. High energy level. • Collaborative builder mindset: A relentless, entrepreneurial drive to build something new, combined with the ability to partner effectively with founders and global team. • Strategic ownership: You are comfortable with full ownership of the U.S. strategy while leveraging the support and expertise of the broader team. • Exceptional communicator: The ability to effectively bridge communication between U.S. customers and our European team. • Telecom or SaaS experience is a plus: Familiarity with the telecom or broader SaaS space is a bonus. Compensation • OTE: $200k (with ramped base to ensure a supported start). • Equity: Meaningful equity stake that reflects your foundational and strategic role. Ready to build together?
