Responsibilities: • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. • Consolidate and build the customer base. • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. • Ensure consistent customer follow-up. • Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies. • Handle customer needs and inquiries. Requirements Language Skills: C2 level of Spanish. Good level of English (oral and written). • Experience: 12 months of sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Willingness to work independently with support as needed. • CRM experience, able to use CRM tools to maintain customer records and support team efforts. • Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts • Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements. • Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated.
