Responsibilities: • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. • Consolidate and build the customer base. • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. • Ensure consistent customer follow-up. • Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies. • Handle customer needs and inquiries. Requirements • Language Skills: C2 level of Italian. Good level of English (oral and written). • Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision. • CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes. • Communication Skills: • Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements. • Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player. Specialized Skills Italian Market: • Italian Market Knowledge: understanding of the Italian business culture.
