Role Overview: As a Remote Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by providing expert guidance on insurance policies without engaging in sales. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring clients understand their coverage options clearly. What You'll Do: - You will assist clients with inquiries related to property and casualty insurance policies. - You will provide detailed explanations of policy terms, coverage, and claims processes. - You will handle claims support by guiding clients through the necessary steps. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. - You will stay updated on industry trends and policy changes to provide accurate information. What You Bring: - You bring a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. - You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or insurance support role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. - Knowledge of insurance claims processing systems. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client populations.
