Role Overview: As a Remote Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by providing expert guidance and assistance related to property and casualty insurance policies. This non-sales position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction through accurate information and problem resolution. What You'll Do: - You will assist customers with inquiries about their property and casualty insurance policies. - You will provide detailed explanations of coverage, claims processes, and policy terms. - You will handle claims support by guiding clients through the necessary steps and documentation. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns. - You will stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide accurate information. - You will maintain confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or insurance support role. - You have strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and claims processes. - You demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service or insurance environment. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and insurance industry standards. - Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills.
