Role Overview: As a Remote Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by providing expert guidance and assistance related to property and casualty insurance policies. This non-sales position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction through accurate information and problem resolution. What You'll Do: - You will assist clients with inquiries about their property and casualty insurance policies, ensuring clear and accurate communication. - You will process claims and policy changes efficiently while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. - You will provide detailed explanations of coverage options and policy terms to help clients understand their benefits. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to billing, claims, and coverage. - You will document all client interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns. - You will stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide accurate information. - You will maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or insurance support role. - You have strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and industry regulations. - You demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service or insurance environment. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French. - Familiarity with claims processing software and tools.
