What You Bring: - You have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or insurance support role. - You have strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and industry regulations. - You demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service or insurance environment. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French. - Familiarity with claims processing systems and insurance underwriting.
