Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring clients understand their coverage options clearly. What You'll Do: - You will assist clients with inquiries related to property and casualty insurance policies. - You will provide detailed explanations of policy terms, coverage, and claims processes. - You will handle claims support by guiding clients through the necessary steps. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. - You will stay updated on industry trends and policy changes to provide accurate information. What You Bring: - You bring a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. - You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or insurance support role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. - Knowledge of insurance claims processing systems. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client bases.
