What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, or German. - Familiarity with digital business services or technology sectors. - Previous experience with Teleperformance or similar global service providers.
