What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales or customer service roles. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely. - Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology or sales are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. - Knowledge of automotive parts, maintenance, and repair services. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French. - Familiarity with digital sales platforms and e-commerce tools.
