What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. - You will promote and sell automotive products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment. - You will stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales or customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly.
