What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance products. - You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. - You will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and provide tailored insurance solutions. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - You will document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license with at least 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients. - You are proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools to manage sales pipelines. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote sales role. - Knowledge of additional insurance lines such as life or health insurance. - Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills. - Previous experience with Teleperformance or similar global service companies.
